It has also teamed up with businesses from across the North East who will help to make the day a festive affair. Linda Burnside, assistant managing director of Northeast Press, said: “It’s going to be a fabulous day and there will be something for everyone.
“It’s a day out for the whole family, with entertainment for the kids an a fantastic range of exhibitors selling everything from cake decorations to jewellery and other gift ideas.
“Our fashion show will feature all the key trends for the party season so you can make sure you stand out from the crowd with a gorgeous dress – and there’s something for the men too.
With more than 100 exhibitors taking part, we’re certain you’ll be able to do all your Christmas shopping all under one roof.”

From 11am until 4pm, there will be demonstrations on decorating the tree, workshops on how to make cards, and original ways to wrapping gifts.

Tickets are now available and cost £3 per person and children under 14 get in free. Tickets are also available on the door
