The Magic of Christmas is proud to support NCH – the children’s charity. Please help NCH continue its vital work by making a voluntary £1 donation to the charity when you book your tickets to The Magic of Christmas.
- Advance bookings subject to a 50p booking fee per ticket, plus a one off £1.25 transaction fee;
- Adult tickets may only be purchased in conjunction with child tickets;
- The Magic of Christmas operates a timed entry admission system. When booking you will be prompted to choose a 10 minute time slot for entry, and your party must arrive at the entrance to the Castle Grounds in Hall 4 at the beginning of your chosen 10 minute time slot to gain admission. Failure to be at the specified location at your allotted time may result in a delay in your admission to The Magic of Christmas;
- Please do not arrive early to enter the hall as you will not be able to enter until your allotted 10 minute time slot. You are strongly advised to purchase tickets in advance rather than on the door as availability cannot be guaranteed on the day. You will also save £5 on the price of each ticket by booking in advance.

- FREE bell from Father Christmas's reindeer for each child on departure (unsuitable for children under 36 months - bell is a Christmas decoration and not a toy)
