Disabled Access
The NEC has been purposely designed and built to allow unrestricted access for disabled visitors.
All levels of The NEC are accessible to wheelchair users, via ramps or lifts and a limited number of manual wheelchairs and walkers are available (available on a first-come-first-served basis).
The NEC mobility service is operated by Magbility. Walkers, wheelchairs & scooters can be pre-booked by calling 01527 837076 (lines open 7 days a week 9am- 6pm). On the day enquiries should be directed to the Visitor & Business Centres (Located in Piazza by Hall 5 and Atrium by Hall 9).
Induction loop audio systems are available in scattered locations throughout the venue and a number of portable induction loops can be set up where needed.
