Safety & Security

The organisers of The Magic of Christmas have put the following procedures in place to ensure the safety and security of its guests:

Safety contact wristbands

You may collect a wristband for each child in your party upon arrival at the event - these will handed out as you wait. You may write your mobile telephone number, so that the organisers may contact you should you become separated. For security, please do not write the name of your child on this wristband.

Safe & Found area

Should you become separated from your child, there is a ‘Safe & Found’ area to which they may be taken. However, please observe the following steps before you go to this area:

• Check the immediate surrounding area – it could be that your child has simply wandered a few metres away;
• Call your child’s name and wait in the area where you last saw him/her;
• If one of your group goes to report your lost child to the Organisers, it is advisable for someone else to remain in the area where you last saw your child;
• Raise the alarm to one of the security staff who can be located at each fire exit.
